When 15LOVE Covers the Cost of Replacements or Refunds:

We’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund in the following scenarios:

  • Printing Issues: If there are print defects or other flaws that fall short of our standards.
  • Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged due to mishandling or shipping issues.
  • Lost Shipments: If an order is not delivered well beyond the estimated delivery window.
  • Significantly Late Deliveries: If a package is stuck in transit beyond standard shipping timeframes and leads to a refund or return request — evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

When 15LOVE Does Not Cover the Cost:

There are cases where we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds:

  • Customer Preferences: If the end customer simply doesn’t like the product, despite it meeting our quality standards.
  • Incorrect Sizing: If the wrong size is selected at checkout.
  • On-Time Orders: If the order is still within the advertised production and shipping timeline.
  • Marked as Delivered, but Not Received: If the tracking shows delivery, but the customer hasn’t received the item. (We recommend checking with the carrier and local post office. In certain cases, we may make exceptions.)

We aim to fulfill every order as accurately as possible. However, supply chain disruptions and inventory fluctuations may occasionally require substitutions. Our substitution policy ensures quality is never compromised.
